ProfessionalMy name is Cori Starr and this is my 28th year teaching. I grew up in Clayton and graduated from Clayton Valley High School. I attended Saint Mary's College in Moraga where I earned a BS in Health Science and my teaching credentials. I taught in Antioch for a number of years, but have been a Bronco for the last 16 years. I was recently named an All-Star Teacher by NBC Sports and I am currently the Science Department Chair. I love to chaperone dances, attend music, theater, and sporting events, and I regularly participate in all things NHS! I am not the most creative, but I am enthusiastic about dress up days. In my book, every day is a good day to be a Bronco!

FamilyOutside of the classroom, I love to cook, read, and watch dancing shows or crime dramas. I especially love to read books about the brain and behavior. My two sons keep me very busy with sports, Improv, youth group, and school projects. I love cats, dogs and Gecko lizards. Lately, my vacation time has been spent looking at colleges or doing home improvements. I live in the community and love this area.
